The door explodes in splinters.  Masked heavily armed gunmen surge into the house unannounced.  Mother-in-law tossed on the floor.  The family pets butchered virtually on sight.  Man of the house led to handcuffs at gunpoint in his skivvies and stocking feet.  All dazed, confused, shocked.

That's what happened to Berwyn Heights, Maryland Mayor Cheye Calvo and his family as reported by the Baltimore Sun.  Through egregiously awful, incompetent police "investigation" of a package of drugs addressed to the unsuspecting Mayor's wife.   The police executed a violent raid based on the thinnest of circumstantial evidence.  This raises all kinds of nasty questions about the search warrant process, and the exceptionally low bar that is set for "probable cause" for violent armed home invasion. 

What do you do, Stupid America, when the police transform themselves into thugs with badges and guns?
