Republican Senator Graham was the lone Republican to cast his Senate Judiciary vote for left wing liberal policy setting from the Bench reverse racist Second Amendment hating Judge Sotomayor.

That's a dumb way to defend a Constitution that Sotomayor and her sponsor Obama feel isn't worth the parchment it was written on.

Graham couldn't have stopped the racist Judge from making it to the high bench had he cast his vote against, but that is precisely what he should have done, if for no other reason that to fulfill the oath he swore the day he took office:

"I do solemnly swear that Iwill support and defend the Constitution of the United States againstall enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith andallegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without anymental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well andfaithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about toenter: So help me God.
